BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

Try this wonderful recipe using fresh broccoli and “capture” the flavor of broccoli at it’s best!  This is a large recipe making enough to serve 12-14, but is very tasty left-over or frozen for a later meal.  It is very creamy and cheesy!  The broccoli is sauteed in a skillet along with chopped onions.  Twelve Nature’s Yoke eggs are beaten and combined with whipping cream and shredded cheddar cheese.  The ingredients are then are combined and seasoned with salt and pepper before pouring into a baking dish.  The casserole is baked until the center is set, then topped with remaining shredded cheddar cheese before serving!  What a great idea to encourage your family to enjoy the nutritional values of broccoli and Nature’s Yoke eggs in a casserole they will surely enjoy!  Make a delicious and nutritious choice for your weekend menu!
