Each Nature’s Yoke Omega 3 egg contains 225mg of Omega 3. They also have 60mg of DHA, and are vitamin E enriched. The hens that produce our Omega 3 eggs are Cage-Free, and veggie-fed; they are given no antibiotics or animal by-products. Omega 3 fatty acids are popularly considered to have health benefits such as lowering cholesterol levels and reducing harmful triglycerides. Some studies show the consumption of higher levels of Omega 3 reduces the risk of heart attacks. High blood pressure levels, allergies, and inflammatory diseases are believed to be hindered by the regular consumption of Omega 3.
