Broccoli & Green Olive Salad
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 cup stuffed green olives
3 Nature's Yoke eggs (hard-boiled & chopped)
green onions with tops (chopped) to taste
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1. Wash broccoli and drain well. Cut into very small pieces.
2. Slice each olive into 3 slices and add to broccoli.
3. Add eggs and chopped green onions, then add mayo by small amounts, tossing after each addition. (Only add enough mayo to make the salad stick together. You don't want it to be runny.)
