Easy Chocolate Cake

3 cups cake flour

2 1/2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons salt

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter

2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 cups milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 Nature's Yoke eggs

Methods/steps

1. Put first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add vegetable oil and a small portion of the milk. Beat well.

3. Then add remaining milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes.

4. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
