No Sugar Added Choco-Almond Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

5 cups oatmeal

1 cup olive oil

5 Nature's Yoke eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 1/2 cups Splenda

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 cup sliced almonds

Methods/steps

1.  Beat eggs with milk and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients.

2.  Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Serve with milk.
