OMEGA 3 SCRAMBLED EGGS

• 1/4 cup of Virgin Olive Oil

• 6 Nature's Yoke Omega 3 Eggs

• 1/2 teaspoon of Salt

Methods/steps
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil into a medium-sized skillet and preheat while preparing eggs for frying.
  2. Break 6 Nature's Yoke Omega 3 eggs into a bowl. Whisk gently with a wire whisk.
  3. Turn stove burner on "high" and proceed with pouring eggs into the olive oil in the skillet. Stir the eggs gently but constantly in the skillet with a wire whisk as the eggs fry.
  4. As the eggs begin to solidify, turn the burner to "low", all the while maintaining the gentle stirring to keep them from sticking to the skillet.
  5. Remove from heat just as the last of the eggs are solidifying.
Additional Tips

Be careful not to over-fry as doing so will cause discoloring of the eggs. Also the constant, gentle whisking during the entire cooking process and immediate removal from the heat helps to keep the eggs fluffy and soft for a delicious serving.
