Pineapple Banana Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

3 Nature's Yoke eggs

2 cups mashed ripe bananas

1 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (undrained)

1 cup sugar

3 cups whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon wheat germ

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cups chopped nuts or carrots or raisins

Methods/steps

1.  Mix liquid ingredients together and mix dry ingredients together.  Then combine, mixing well.

2.  Fill greased or paper-lined muffin pans about 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
