1 lb. ground beef

1 tablespoon chopped onions

3/4 cup bread or cracker crumbs

1/2 cup tomato or spaghetti sauce

2 Nature's Yoke eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

dash of black pepper

Methods/steps

1.  Mix all ingredients together well.

2.  Form into patties and brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil.  Put patties in a greased baking dish.

3.  Prepare 2 pkgs. brown gravy mix according to directions and pour gravy over patties.

4.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
