Sausage & Egg Medley
At a glance
1 lb. bulk sausage (browned & drained)
4 slices bread (cubed)
6 Nature's Yoke eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Place the bread cubes in a greased casserole dish and put the sausage over that.
2. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Stir is shredded cheese and pour the mixture over the sausage and bread.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the center of the casserole is set.
