1 lb. sausage (browned and drained)

6 Nature's Yoke eggs

1 can spinach (drained)

1 lb. shredded mozarella cheese

2/3 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

dash of garlic powder

deep dish pie shell (unbaked)

Methods/steps

1.  Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

2.  Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

3.  Let set 10 minutes before serving and serve with a tossed salad.
