Shrimp & Crab Salad
4 cups cooked pasta
3 Nature's Yoke eggs (hard-boiled & sliced)
1-1 1/2 cups small shrimp
1-1 1/2 cups crab meat
8 oz. can black olives (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
Cajun seasoning or Old Bay seasoning to taste
1. Combine pasta, eggs, shrimp and crab meat and refrigerate until cold.
2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together add enough mayo to hold salad together nicely.
3. Serve with garlic bread.
It is best not to use canned shrimp. Imitation crab meat will work well.
