Sweet blueberries and peaches come together beautifully in this baked oatmeal creating a delicious and healthy breakfast.

6 cups oats
¾ cup brown sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 Nature's Yoke eggs
2 ½ cups milk
½ cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 qt peaches, drained and chopped
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

Combine all ingredients and spread into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes.
