Banana Protein Pancakes are a healthy option for your breakfast and so simple to make. Just toss everything in the blender and, viola!

 1 cup old fashioned oats
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 1 ripe banana
 4 Nature's Yoke egg whites
 1 Nature's Yoke egg
 1 tsp baking powder

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and cook on a hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup or peanut butter.
