 12 Nature's Yoke eggs
 1 cup milk
 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 tbsp sliced fresh basil, packed
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 tomato, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well.

Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes and extra basil as desired. Bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set.
