Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bread

1/2 cup butter, softened

8 oz. cream cheese

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 Nature's Yoke eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet (or dark) chocolate chips

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup milk


1Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and milk. Mix well.

2Add one cup of flour and half of milk. Mix well, then add second cup of flour and other half of milk. Whip together.

3Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes. (30 minutes for mini loaves) Allow to partially cool before cutting.
