Delicious Cookie Dough Brownies from Nature's Yoke Eggs. This recipe allows the cookie-dough lover to eat cookie dough, without the eggs.

BROWNIE INGREDIENTS
 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 ½ cup butter, softened
 1 cup sugar
 3 Nature's Yoke eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 ¼ cups flour
 ¼ tsp Baking soda
COOKIE DOUGH INGREDIENTS
 ½ cup butter, softened
 ½ cup packed brown sugar
 ¼ cup sugar
 3 tbsp milk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 cup flour
 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

BROWNIE DIRECTIONS

In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips; stir until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate.

Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to batter.

Spread in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 16-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool brownies on wire rack.

COOKIE DOUGH DIRECTIONS

In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla.

Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonful over cooled brownies; carefully spread evenly over top. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
