Our Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Oatmeal Colossals, made with crunchy peanut butter and old fashioned oats, will be sure to bring out colossal smiles.

 1 cup sugar
 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
 2 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ cup butter
 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
 6 cups old-fashioned oats
 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips

Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Add peanut butter, oats and chocolate chips and mix well.

Drop cookie balls on baking sheet. Using a flat-bottom glass cup, flatten the cookies. Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
