These Lemon Bars made with Nature's Yoke Eggs are delicious! They contain only the best natural ingredients for a yummy dessert.

Lemon Bars

CRUST INGREDIENTS
 2 cups flour
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 1 cup butter, softened
FILLING INGREDIENTS
 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
 2 cups sugar
 ½ cup flour
 ½ tsp salt
 6 tbsp lemon juice
 Powdered sugar

CRUST DIRECTIONS

Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter together and press into a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 F. for 15 Minutes.

FILLING DIRECTIONS

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes longer.

When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
