Our Nature's Yoke Organic Egg Salad provides a high-protein snack or mid-day meal. A versatile dish that can be served in so many ways...on bread, with crackers, on tomatoes...you decide!

Yields6 Servings

 12 Nature's Yoke Organic eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
 ¾ cup organic mayonnaise
 1 ½ tbsp organic Dijon mustard
 ½ tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp coarse ground black pepper
 ½ tsp organic garlic, minced/granules
 2 tbsp dried organic chives or 6 T. fresh
 1 tsp organic paprika

Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
