Imagine sitting at your Grandma's table with one of these old-fashioned coconut cookies and a cold glass of milk.  Happiness.

 1 cup sugar
 1 cup brown sugar
 1 cup coconut oil
 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 2 tsp baking soda
 2 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 2 cups quick cooking oats
 2 cups flaked coconut

Cream together sugar, brown sugar and coconut oil. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and mix. (Dough will be crumbly.)

Form dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Slightly press flat with fork or fingers. Bake at 350 F. for 9 minutes. Cool on sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
