Turkey Burgers

Turkey burgers are so delicious and healthy too...these are moist and bursting with flavor.  You can even wrap your burger in lettuce for a gluten-free option.

  • Cook: 10 mins
  • Yields: 8 burgers

Ingredients

2 lb lean ground turkey

1/2 cup salsa

1/3 cup red onion, chopped

1 Nature's Yoke egg, beaten

8 whole grain hamburger buns

Directions

1Combine turkey, salsa, onion and egg. Mix well and form into 8 patties. Grill or boil patties until cooked through. Serve on whole grain buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and the condiments of your choice.
