Enjoy this zucchini casserole that is vibrant in color and bursting with flavor!

 4 slices bread, cubed
 1 cup butter, melted
 1 cup green zucchini, cubed
 1 cup yellow zucchini, cubed
 1 large onion, chopped
 1 tsp garlic salt
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place bread crumbs in medium bowl and pour melted butter over them. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a 7x11 inch baking dish.

Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Then uncover dish and bake another 30 minutes.
